Furrden is a product owned and operated by Petcavern Technologies Private Limited ("Petcavern," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Furrden mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you enter into an agreement with Petcavern and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Furrden. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to publish, apply for, or participate in a pet adoption through Furrden.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, upload harmful content, or engage in any behavior that interferes with the normal operation of the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through the Services, including the Furrden brand, graphics, and code, are owned by Petcavern Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.
5. AI Features
Some optional features in Furrden use artificial intelligence to provide record-aware pet-care guidance. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, is not a diagnosis, does not replace a veterinarian, and must not be used for an emergency.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Petcavern does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Services except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petcavern Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
